The GED writing practice test measures a candidate’s ability to demonstrate command of a foundational set of conventions of standard English that have been identified as most important for GED and HiSET readiness. A variety of item types are used in the test, including multiple-choice, drag-and-drop, hot spot, and fill-in-the-blank. The GED math practice test focuses on the fundamentals of mathematics, striking a balance of deeper conceptual understanding, procedural skill and fluency, and the ability to apply math fundamentals in realistic situations. Your official practice test will automatically resume where you left off. If you don’t have time to complete the test, no worries.
